Most likely there are colleagues that know how you operate, know your value and really admire your work so go ahead and ask them to endorse you. You can add endorsements to your bio and any online profile that you already have. While an internet bio offers different lengths, be sure to take advantage of all the features and add your endorsements so others can get to know you better.
