When you are looking for your next job, Chapman Services Group recommends that you get creative when it comes to job search and landing your next job. Keep in mind there are positions available that may not necessarily be readily available. So, if you have a company in mind that you would like to further your career with then go ahead and make contact and introduce yourself. Try to find out who the decision maker is and get your resume in their hands. You never know when a position will become available; and eliminating your competition beforehand is one major way to get creative!
