Sure, we all know you are good looking, but unless you are applying for a job where physical traits are important or unless a potential employer specifically requests it, you should avoid attaching your picture to your resume.
Now this is not the same as a digital professional portfolio such as LinkedIn. Adding your photo to your online profiles is an added benefit but again, unless it is a physical trait position you are looking for or unless it is requested, leave your picture out of the equation and off of your resume.
